Cell Line Origin
Short Description
Long Description This plasmid was constructed using the replication proteins of AAV2 found on the ACG2 plasmid and the capsid proteins of the specific serotype number in the name of the plasmid. When co-transfected with the XX680 and ITR containing plasmid, results in the viral vector of the serotype indicated in the name of the plasmid (i.e., XR9 creates AAV serotype 9).
