Long Description GPRTG is a 293T based packaging cell line for the production of lentiviral vector particles with a VSV-G pseudotype as described in Throm, et al. The cell line expresses HIV gagpol polyprotein constitutivbely, and HIV Rev, Tat and VSV-G under the Tet-off system.
